We can debit your account by supplying us with your account number and bank routing number. Your order will usually ship in 72 hours, which allows 48 hours for check clearing. The routing number is a 9 digit number, typically located in the bottom center of the check. The account number is located on the bottom right.

Domestic orders are shipped by FedEx. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes or military APO or FPO addresses Please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends unless special arrangements are made and additional charges are applied.

For destinations in Alaska and Hawaii, you pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Most packages to these destinations are shipped via the US Postal Service.

International Shipping Charges:
Shipping products internationally can be expensive depending on the weight and destination of the package.
As an estimate, International Shipping charges are often roughly twice the rate of Domestic Shipping charges (though this of course varies). Packages sent to Canada or Mexico are often considerably less expensive than those sent overseas.
For a more exact estimate of your actual shipping charges, email support@ecentralstores.com with the product(s) you're interested in and your home address prior to placing your order.
International Shipping Restrictions:
1. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions , or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
2. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
3. If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund.
4. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package plus a international processing fee. Shipping by air to most other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US money order, or personal check drawn on US bank.
5. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
For all SHOWOFF™ line of products, the following is our Return Policy:
- CONTACT US BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT FOR RETURN.
- REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING.
- PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED SHIPPING PREPAID BY CUSTOMER.
- PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED, AND IN RE-SALEABLE, FIRST QUALITY CONDITION WITHIN TEN DAYS OF RECEIVING.
- NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON ACCESSORIES OR CUSTOM WORK.
- A 15% RE-STOCKING CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED ON ALL RETURNS.
Damages:
E-Central Stores Inc. makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to E-Central Stores Inc within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box as received. We will then replace any confirmed damaged merchandise.
Returns:
Please, call us during our normal business hours for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in "sellable" condition in order to receive credit, which means un-opened and undamaged. Only Full rolls qualify for credit, cut yardage cannot be returned. Credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee and all freight charges will be applied to all returns. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Defective Fabric:
The defective product must be reported within 48 hrs to E-Central Stores Inc. upon notification we will issue a call tag for the pick up of the defective product.
